Village Movement California
Villages of San Mateo County is a member of Village Movement California, a State organization with the following Mission:
"Village Movement California partners with stakeholders interested in transforming the experience of aging across the state to strengthen impact, accelerate growth, and ensure sustainability of the Village Movement. Together, we advocate for innovative, community-based solutions to improve quality of life and expand choices at all stages of aging, empowering older adults to sustain independence through community and remain in charge of their lives as they age."

A Nationwide Movement
Older adults are more independent, aspirational and likely to live longer than any previous generation. How we retire and what we anticipate to fulfill our dreams will be very different than our parent’s generation.
Villages of San Mateo County is a member of Village to Village Network, the national organization that helps Villages develop and thrive by providing expert guidance, resources and support.
